Acting President Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari confirmed Pakistan's ratification of Agreement for Co-operation in the field of Media that was signed between the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Sri Lanka on February 11, 2012 during the visit of the President of Sri Lanka to Pakistan.

The Cabinet of Pakistan had approved the ratification of the Subject Protocol on June 26, 2012. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a summary requested the Prime Minister to forward the instrument of ratification for President's approval and affixation of his green seal. Accordingly, acting upon the advice of the Prime Minister, the Acting President confirmed the ratification of this agreement by affixing his seal.-PR
